Sabo Library
As a specialized library focusing on erosion control and sediment-related disasters, our library has been intensively collecting, organizing, and preserving materials related to erosion control since its establishment in 1984, making them available to the public.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Closed on: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year period.

Eligibility
Use of our facilities is limited to individual members, corporate members, and staff of our joint venture partners*, employees of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and local governments, elementary, junior high, and high school students, university and graduate students, and teachers. Those who do not fall under the above categories and wish to use the facilities should fill out an application form and submit it to the reception counter along with a usage fee of 500 yen per visit. Use for purposes other than viewing our collections is not permitted.
* Joint venture partners: The following five organizations have invested in the operation of this museum.
