Upon entering the building, you will be asked to fill out your name, address, affiliation, etc. at the reception desk.

Please refrain from entering the building if you have a fever, cough, or any other symptoms of illness.

We do not allow use of our facilities for purposes other than viewing our collection.

There are 5 seats available for reading (including 1 seat in an audiovisual booth).

A library catalog system for searching our collection is located next to the reception counter.

You are free to browse the books and magazines in the reading room.

Please note that for materials in the closed stacks, please fill out the request form and submit it at the reception counter.

We do not lend out books, reports, magazines, etc., for use outside the library.

(Our copying service is provided within the bounds of copyright law.)

Only audiovisual materials are available for loan. (Some audiovisual materials are not available for loan.)
